WHY I HATED GOING VIRAL

what even is an introvert?

how to start a blog in 2025

Eeek, I get it:

Launching.

As an introvert. 😰

Selling.

As an introvert.

(Anything)

(As an introvert)

Lol but in all seriousness…

Launching a new product or service can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re navigating the business world solo, i.e., without a team or VAs running around 24/7 to support you.

You can tell when peeps in the online space (the Amys, Jennas, and Maries) are in launch mode—they’re everywhere, all the freakin’ time.

Which is … COOL FOR THEM.

Honestly! 😇

*Women supporting women and all that jazz*

But personally, as an introvert without a team (hi it’s me 👋), launching can feel like … for lack of better words … an OVERWHELMING situation.

Can I please get a raise of hands in the comments for those who want to stay sane and overwhelm-FREE during their next launch?

*Raises own hands because I’m that person* 🤗

In fact, you can have a wildly successful launch without feeling like you need to be everywhere at once.

If you’re ready to stay sane and overwhelm-free during your launch period, keep reading⎯ I’m going to break down the exact emails you need to include in your launch sequence.

This will help you present your offer effectively, connect with your audience, and drive sales—all without losing your introvert mind.

PSST: If you want the full template – make sure you sign up for my email list to be the first person to know when my fresh and sparkly launch email templates become available … I’m setting up (copy) shop and I can’t wait for you to ring that bell as you step into shop. The coziest copy shop there ever was. 🥰

For the visual learner:

Why You Don’t Need to Be Everywhere

  • You don’t need to be everywhere
  • You don’t need to send a gazillion emails
  • You don’t need to post every day (*sweats by thought*)

But you do need to be somewhere.

And by somewhere, I mean in your subscribers’ inbox for a 7-10 day-ish period– sending them value-stuffed emails that do 3 main things:

  1. Present your offer: Share what you’re offering and why it’s amazing.
  2. Tell your story: Connect your personal transformation story to the offer.
  3. Educate your audience: Explain why now is the perfect time for them to invest in your solution.

Your Launch Email Sequence: The 11 Emails You Need

1. The Announcement Email (Day 1)

  • Purpose: Announce your offer and share your excitement.
  • Subject Line Idea: “Are You Ready? [Your Offer] is Here 🎉”
  • What to Include: A warm introduction to your new offer, a bit of your enthusiasm, and an invitation for your audience to join the launch.

2. The Rundown Email (Day 2)

  • Purpose: Provide a quick overview of what’s inside your offer and why you created it.
  • Subject Line Idea: “I Know You’re Dying to Know…”
  • What to Include: Break down the key components of your offer and share your personal ‘why’—the reason you’re passionate about this product or service.

3. The Transformation Story (Day 3)

  • Purpose: Share your transformation story as it relates to your offer.
  • Subject Line Idea: “Story Time: My Journey to [Result]”
  • What to Include: Dive deeper into your personal story, highlighting where you were before and where you are now, and how your offer can help your audience achieve similar results.

4. The Detailed Breakdown (Day 4)

  • Purpose: Give a comprehensive overview of what your audience will get.
  • Subject Line Idea: “Everything You Need to Know About [Your Offer]”
  • What to Include: Detail the modules, lessons, bonuses, and any other important details. Consider including a behind-the-scenes look or a video tour.

5. The Problem-Solution Email (Day 5)

  • Purpose: Address the problem your offer solves and why it’s important.
  • Subject Line Idea: “[First Name], We Have a Problem…”
  • What to Include: Clearly articulate the problem your audience is facing and explain how your offer is the solution they’ve been searching for.

6. The Desire Email (Day 6)

  • Purpose: Focus on the dream outcome your audience desires.
  • Subject Line Idea: “This Could Be You…”
  • What to Include: Paint a vivid picture of the future your audience could have if they invest in your offer. Use visualization techniques to make it real for them.

7. The Social Proof Email (Day 7)

  • Purpose: Share testimonials and social proof.
  • Subject Line Idea: “Have You RSVP’d to the Party Yet?”
  • What to Include: Include testimonials, case studies, or even your own story if you’re still building up testimonials. This builds trust and shows that your offer delivers results.

8. The Countdown Begins (Day 8)

  • Purpose: Create urgency as the cart closing date approaches.
  • Subject Line Idea: “24 Hours Left! ⏳”
  • What to Include: Reiterate the benefits of your offer, remind them of the deadline, and include a countdown timer to add urgency.

9. The FAQ Email (Day 8, 12 Hours Later)

  • Purpose: Answer common questions and address objections.
  • Subject Line Idea: “12 Hours Left: Any Questions?”
  • What to Include: Address any frequent or anticipated questions to help those on the fence make a decision.

10. The Final Reminder (Day 9, 6 Hours Later)

  • Purpose: Remind your audience that time is running out.
  • Subject Line Idea: “6 Hours Left! Don’t Miss Out…”
  • What to Include: A brief reminder of what they’ll get, the value versus cost, and a final nudge to take action.

11. The Last Call (Day 9, 1 Hour Left)

  • Purpose: Give a final push before the cart closes.
  • Subject Line Idea: “1 Hour Left: I Made This for You”
  • What to Include: Keep it heartfelt and brief. This is your last chance to connect, so consider including a video or a personal note to encourage last-minute sign-ups.

That’s it.

These are all the emails you’ll need to make your next launch your biggest and coziest one yet.

I know it might sound like a lot of emails…. but the people who get annoyed and unsubscribe were never going to buy from you anyway.

You’re not going to be for everyone and that is definitely okay.

Okay? 💖
