This is NOT a dramatic content creator moment but just a real, behind-the-scenes update from a multi-passionate creative figuring things out (in public, I guess lol).
For the past few months, something’s been quietly brewing inside me.
A cutie little tug saying, “This isn’t it anymore.”
The truth? I’ve been scared to talk about it.
Scared I’d lose subscribers. Lose views. Even lose income.
But after taking a break — a real, intentional pause — I’ve realized that something deeper was missing from my content… and I’m finally ready to share what’s next for me and She Dreams All Day.
Eek! 😬

Why Business Content Started to Burn Me Out
I started my channel and this blog for two main reasons:
- To create a cozy, creative outlet outside of songwriting
- To build a warm, welcoming space where I could help people like you
But lately, I’ve felt burned out (and *icked* out) by the online business space — including my own content.
The constant push for “how to make money online” feels SO repetitive, shallow, and (let’s be honest) a little icky.
Yes, I’ve created this type of content too.
*Guilty*
And yes, it worked.
It got clicks, views, and growth.
But it started to feel… hollow.
I sure didn’t want to keep making content and videos that made me cringe inside just because the algorithm liked them.
I shall NOT be a slave to the algorithm. 😅
This is what I Really Want to Talk About
I’m still passionate about helping you build a cozy, freedom-filled business.
That hasn’t changed. 💖
But now, I want to go deeper.
I want to talk about:
- Personal growth (without the cliché cheesiness)
- Life as a creative millennial and introvert (because hello, that’s me! 👋)
- Building a cozy online business — the slow, cozy way
- Real behind-the-scenes of what it looks like to be a multi-passionate creative & business owner
Basically, more cozy, more creative, more real.
And yes — still some business talk, just not the soul-sucking kind.
Things Are Changing In My Offline Life Too
Another reason for this shift?
My life offline has changed too.
I’m back in the music industry — releasing songs again and even working part-time at a music label.
I’m songwriting.
I’m blogging.
I’m content creating.
And I’ve been asking myself: Can I be all of these people at once?
For so long, I thought the answer was no, nah-ah. 🙅♀️
That I had to pick a lane, niche down until it hurt, and go “all in” on one thing.
But now I know better.
The Truth: We Can Be Multi-Passionate (And Still Aligned)
We can be:
- The songwriter 🎶
- The cozy business owner 💻
- The blogger ☕
- The label girly 💼
All at freakin’ once.
We don’t have to choose.
We don’t have to shrink ourselves into one box just to please an algorithm.
I used to tell people the goal was to quit their job and live the cozy pajama lifestyle full time.
But now? I’ve realized that freedom looks different for everyone — and for me right now, that includes working a job I love alongside my creative business.
This isn’t hypocrisy. This is growth. 💖
What you can expect from me going forward
You can still expect:
- Cozy business content (but the honest, non-icky kind)
- Life updates and personal growth stories
- Creative behind-the-scenes
- More you and me chats — like this one
If you’re here for cozy vibes, introspection, creativity, and soul-aligned strategies… you’re going to love what’s coming.
If this shift doesn’t resonate with you, that’s totally okay too.
Thank you for being part of this journey so far. 💛
I sooo appreciate you!
Final Thoughts: You Don’t Have to Niche Down Until It Hurts
This is your sign → If you’ve been craving content that doesn’t quite exist — create it.
If you feel like you’re “too many things” — own it, be ALL OF THOSE THINGS!
This is your permission slip to be multi-passionate, to pivot, to grow, to change your mind, and to build something you want to see online.
Whether it’s blogging, music, digital products, or cozy community-building, you don’t have to pick just one.
I’m entering my new cozy era, and I couldn’t be more relieved.
If you’ve made it to the end of this post, thank you — you’re one of the OGs, the cozy community that makes this all worth it.
