Alone alone time.
Create a self-care, self-love toolkit filled with loving habits and rituals that you can add to your daily routine.
Personal development work, working on your mindset and online confidence, journaling, meditating, and spending time with your thoughts without any digital distractions or influence.
These tips are general and cliche but they work!
Using these tools will help you to show up in your business.
Schedule time weekly for business and life reflection on your calendar.
We have to be in a fun and exciting headspace to thrive in business. It is so important to do this work ahead of time and let go of negativity and limiting beliefs that don’t serve the results we want for 2022.
2. Create a dream vision for 2022
Create a dream vision board for how you want the year to play out. It is like a GPS for the direction you want to go.
Get clear on your vision.
- What do you want to create in 2022?
- What do you want to experience?
- What do you want to feel?
- What is the vibe of 2022?
I go on Pinterest, save or pin pictures and add them to my 2022 dreamy vibes board.
When I have 10-20 images of my vision and goal for 2022, I create a collage using Canva.
I make it my desktop and phone background so I can see it daily.
Connect to your vision board weekly if not daily.
Write down your why and make sure that it is visually represented on your vision board.
3. Get a project management system so you can be organized
Choose some kind of project management system to organize your business and your life.
Some examples are Asana, Trello, Click Up, etc.
It will help you break up your goals into tasks.
Create action steps on your calendar.
You have to honor your relationship with your calendar and project management tools so you are able to achieve your goals.
4. Learn something new every week
Get your nerd on every single week!
Make it a habit to learn something new about your niche every week or every day.
Educate yourself on success and reframe your mindset.
Learn from new people and expand your mind.
Listen to podcasts, read books, take courses, etc.
Have a routine that helps you get inspired.
This will help you connect with your audience so that you can grow your business and help your audience.
