Podcasts are amazing.
Free education.
And who’d say no to that?
Not me, that’s for sure.
I’ve been listening to podcasts for SO many years and it’s what got me into starting an online business, personal development, and productivity in the first place.
There is so much free information out there and inspiring people who teach it.
Podcasts are a wonderful resource if you want to learn a new skill (like starting a blogging business), listen to your favorite documentary on the go, or just want a little company to help make you feel less alone.
I’m obsessed with podcasts and I’ve learned so much about everything and anything.
The issue nowadays is that I feel like EVERYONE has a podcast and there are so many to choose from.
There is basically a podcast jungle going on and it can be hard to navigate through it.
With that said, I’ve gathered my absolute favorite podcasts for 20 somethings and entrepreneurs.
Now, fear not – this list doesn’t solely apply to millennials, there is a little something for everyone here, especially if you have dreams of starting your own business and obsessed with productivity and personal development – like me.

Wait, What Are Podcasts?
Hold the phone.
If you’re spanking new to the world of podcasting, where have you been?
I’m only kidding, I’ve got you, girl.
Podcasts are audio files you can listen to on your phone, on the go, when you clean the house, work out, take your dog for a walk – during your downtime basically.
They are completely free and you can easily subscribe to your favorite podcasts in the podcast app on your phone.
Podcasts are like audiobooks broken down into series and with a variety of topics.

That’s a great list for 2020! I’ll definitely try some of these, I’ve been searching for new podcasts to listen to. They always brighten my day and teach me new things.
Hey Alma! I’m so glad you’ve enjoyed this list! Podcasts are THE best! <3
Oh my god, SO many good recommendations! I’ve been looking to get into podcasts now that I’m in the working world and have a commute, and now I have so many to choose from! Plus, I didn’t realize Rachel Hollis (QUEEN!) had a podcast! Eek! Thanks for the post!
Hey Megan! Yes podcasts are amazing for commuting! I love all of these! So glad you enjoyed this list and I hope you’ll enjoy the podcasts as much as I do. <3
My favourite podcast is Happier with Gretchen Rubin. I’ve been able to implement so many nuggets of wisdom from the show.
I love Gretchen Rubin too! I’ve read her book! So good. Thanks for reading Kathleen! <3
Oh man, podcasts are a lifesaver when it comes to the daily commute (mine is currently about an hour each way). I’ve found that time driving feels like SO much less of a waste when you’re learning something valuable/actionable.
Question tho: I few months ago, I dropped my unlimited data plan to cut costs and now have to think about downloading podcasts ahead of time. Would you say it’s worth paying for Spotify Premium to avoid using data to listen while driving?
Thanks for reading Emily! I’d say definitely invest in Spotify Premium. You can download all the episode in advance and have them be offline. Plus, there’s all that good music too 😉
I love listening to The Perfectionism Project and Manifestation Babe too! <3 If you're into Law of Attraction and modern girl manifestation, check out Kimberly Wenya Loo's podcast. I also highly recommend The Lavendaire Lifestyle podcast (and her Youtube channel) for 'calming' vibes haha!
Yes I love The Lavendaire Podcast too, and Aileen’s channel. Should really add that one to this list. Thanks for the other tip, Beatrice! <3
I am still really new to podcasts, but I’ve fell in love with them! I have usually an hour drive to work and back, so the podcasts really help pass the time as well as I feel like I’m actually being productive! Thanks so much for sharing these, I’ll definitely check them out.
Yes! Do check them out! I just know they’ll inspire you, Ashley! Thanks for reading 🙂
