As we are gearing up for another year, habits are of course on the agenda, the menu, and pretty much everywhere on the internet.
But take note…
In this episode, I will NOT tell you to drink more water, exercise, and start meditating.
Nej, no, nope ⎯ you’re not gonna hear that from me! 🤟
You already know you “should” be doing all of those things.
I want to dig into REAL actionable habits that can help you move in the right direction… in the direction of your dreams (*ahem* quitting your 9-5 and embracing the cozy pajama lifestyle).
I’m talking HABITS that can really help you both in your personal life and business.
This is all about setting you up for amazingness and nothing less. ✨
And you don’t have to wait until January 1st to try on any of the habits that I have for ya in this video. You can start right now. And if you do, you’ll get a head start on the year.

Habit #1 – Implement a self-love tool kit
- You have to believe in yourself and that you deserve to have success in whatever it is that you want to do
- What will you be doing for YOU in 2023?
Habit #2 – Money management
- Look over your finances

- What do you want to spend money on?
- Get to know your numbers
- What is your money goal?
- Set up a freedom lifestyle account and allocate money towards this account monthly
Habit #3 – Dreamin’ up the dream
- Visualize the year ahead, what you want to achieve, the things you want to do, the adventures you want to go on, the goals you have for your business
- Train your brain to do the things you want before you’ve even done ‘em
- F.ex if your goal is to start a podcast in 2023…what does that feel like?
- Not only is this great for getting clear on what you want, but you’re actually mentally training your primitive brain to shift your identity to who you want to be
- Start to accumulate the confidence to be able to do all the amazing things you want to do
Habit #4 – Identify what’s stopping you
What is that limiting belief?
What is the mean girl lie you’re feeding your brain?
Gaining awareness of WHY you haven’t been able to take action before going into the new year.
Awareness is the start of change.
Channel your inner detective.
What’s the excuse? Where is the resistance? When I dream about what I want to create? What is my silly little brain trying to tell me?
Habit #5 – CEO reflection and planning time
- Implement a weekly CEO reflection and planning time
- You are the CEO of your life AND your business
- Taking the time to reflect, dream and plan
- What’s going well? What’s not going as well?
Habit #6 – Prep your learning hub for 2023
- If you have a business or you want to start a business or you are just very passionate about self-education, create a plan for what you want to consume in 2023 to uplevel your life and business.
- The more you consume the more value you can provide for your clients and audience
- Make a list of books, courses, videos, and interviews you want to dive into, and create a system for how you’re going to implement what you’ll learn
- How will you implement? Take action? Take notes?
- Turn your new-found-knowledge into content ideas
Habit #7 – Get your butt, life and biz seriously organized
- Use a project management system like ClickUp to get your life and business organized and streamlined for 2023
